Notion Stopwatch Widget questions

Are my lap times saved?

No. Times stay on the page until you reset or reload it.

Can I time more than one thing?

Use the lap button to record splits, or add a second stopwatch embed for a separate timer.

Does the stopwatch keep running if I switch pages?

It keeps counting while the page is open. If you reload the page, it starts again from zero.
