jithinrajiv.com (the "Website") is a showcase of Notion templates by Jithin Rajiv ("we", "us"). Purchases are not made on the Website. This policy explains what information the Website collects and how it is used.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and your message.
- Purchases (elsewhere). When you buy, you leave the Website and check out on a third-party platform such as Gumroad. That platform collects your payment details and may share your name, email and the product you bought with us. We never see your card details. Its own privacy policy applies.
- Visit data. Basic technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you view.
The Website has no accounts, and we do not ask for sensitive personal information.
How we use it
To run and improve the Website, answer your questions, support your purchases, keep the Website secure and meet legal duties. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity to see how the Website is used. They load only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you click Reject, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, they do not load. You can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.
We also save your theme and cookie choices in your browser. Nothing else is stored.
Who sees your information
Only the services that help us run the Website: the platforms where you buy (such as Gumroad), Notion (template delivery), analytics providers (if you accept cookies) and our website hosting providers. We may also share it when the law requires. Their own privacy policies apply to their handling of your data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, California or Canada), you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Email templates@jithinrajiv.com and we will reply within the time the law allows. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Other points
- Retention: we keep information only as long as needed for support, tax and legal reasons.
- Children: the Website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
- Changes: we may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
