How do I use the SEO Backlink Tracker?
Add a row for each backlink opportunity or live backlink. Fill in the Target URL (your page) and the Source URL (the linking page), keep Status updated as you move from outreach to live, and update Last checked when you verify the link.
What are the backlink statuses?
Prospect, Outreach needed, Contacted, Negotiating and Live. They are already set up in the template.
Which views should I use?
Start in the Pipeline board view and move cards across statuses. Use the Prospects view to focus on outreach and the Live links view for link audits.
How do I organize backlinks by strategy or campaign?
Add Tags such as "Guest post" or "Resource page" to segment your strategy, and use Campaign to group links by launch, product or SEO cluster.
How do I audit my live backlinks?
Open the Live links view and update Last checked each time you confirm a link is still live.
