What is a 2027 vision board in Notion?

A vision board puts the life you want in front of you. This free Notion version is a gallery of cards, each with an image and a short statement, so your goals feel concrete instead of staying in a list.

You collect your visions by life area, add a Word of the Year, and come back each month to see whether your life looks more like your vision.

How the 2027 Vision Board works

Start with the Focus section. Pick one word for how 2027 should feel, three words for how you want to feel, and finish the sentence "By December 2027, I am…".

Then build your board. Click + New in the Vision Board gallery, paste an image, and write each vision as a present-tense statement. Give each card an area, such as Career, Health, Finance or Travel, and use the By Area view to see where your board is full or empty.

Prompts, affirmations and a dream list

If you are not sure what to put on your board, use the Vision Prompts: what a perfect day in December 2027 looks like, who you want to become, and what you want to stop tolerating.

The Affirmations help you stay focused, and the Dream List is a checklist of experiences you want to have this year.

Check in every month

The Monthly Check-in asks three questions: does my life look more like my vision, which area needs attention next, and does any image need updating. It takes a few minutes, and it is what keeps a vision board from becoming something you made once in January.
